OUR REFUND STANDARDS
1. Refunds are only applicable to items that are unused and in their original, undisturbed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses will only be accepted for return if the factory seal is completely intact and the box remains unopened.
2. Please be advised that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The refunded amount will include the cost of the product only. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
