RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bludul, we strive for excellence in every detail. If your experience is anything less than exceptional, we offer returns under the following quality-assurance conditions


To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date. All products must remain in their original, unopened packaging and be in the same pristine condition as received.

OUR REFUND STANDARDS

Refunds are only applicable to items that are unused and in their original, undisturbed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses will only be accepted for return if the factory seal is completely intact and the box remains unopened.

Please be advised that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The refunded amount will include the cost of the product only. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, Bludul will cover all replacement costs to ensure you receive your correct order immediately.

2. Compliance: Bludul reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the hygiene and condition guidelines outlined above.

3. Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please provide your bank account or mobile wallet details; the transfer will be initiated once the quality inspection is complete.

4. Shipping Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Bludul is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
